Things You Need to Know
In the State of Florida, there is no official “Mobile Bartending License” for private event bartending services. However, professional bartending companies are expected to operate responsibly and carry proper event coverage. Bearded Brothers Events maintains a $1,000,000 Liquor Liability Insurance Policy to help protect both our clients and their guests during events.
For larger events, staffing matters. To ensure fast, efficient, and responsible service, we require more than one bartender for full bar service events with over 75 guests, especially when serving liquor, beer, wine, and mixed drinks. This helps keep lines moving, guests happy, and your event running smoothly from start to finish.
